WINTER GARDEN, FL – United Wall Systems, Inc. was recently awarded the contracts for framing, drywall, insulation, millwork and acoustical ceilings for the Burshan, LLC and Pacific Global Investments. Both projects are located in the Garden Building in the Winter Garden historic district. RC Stevens Construction Company is the general contractor for both projects.
Villeneda Joins United Wall Systems as Production Manager

Mr. Villaneda has over 13 years experience in the construction industry and holds an AA in management from St. Leo University.

United Wall Systems Completes Shades of Green Resort Magnolia Wing Renovation

WINTER GARDEN, FL – United Wall Systems, Inc. recently completed the Magnolia Wing renovation at the Shades of Green Resort at Walt Disney World. This project involved the renovation of 288 hotel rooms and corridors, including demolition, drywall and finishing, acoustical ceilings, millwork, toilet accessories, and doors and hardware. The project was completed in under five weeks.
United Wall Systems Receives ABC of Central Florida Eagle Award

WINTER GARDEN, FL – United Wall Systems, Inc. received the distinguished Excellence in Construction Eagle Award for its work on the T-764 Ruby Tuesday Airside 3 at OIA project from the Associated Builders and Contractors of Central Florida in the Interior Finishes, under $1 million category.
Central Florida contractors submit their best projects each year for review in the annual Excellence in Construction Competition. The ABC Excellence in Construction Awards program has become the premier competition within the construction industry, recognizing outstanding construction projects across the nation. Awards are based on quality and craftsmanship and help ABC in promoting the outstanding construction work performed by ABC members - merit shop contractors who are committed to maintaining the highest performance standards in employees they hire and train and in the projects they build. One aspect of the competition focuses on the project and contractor safety record.
The award will be presented at the Associated Builders and Contractors awards banquet on November 14, 2009.
United Wall Systems Awarded ABC Central Florida Business of the Year Award for 2009

WINTER GARDEN, FL – ABC of Central Florida presented the first annual Associated Builders and Contractors of Central Florida Business of the Year Award for 2009 in the emerging contractor category to United Wall Systems. The award was presented during the Construction Industry Business of the Year Awards recognizing and honoring members who have made outstanding contributions to the industry, the communities and ABC. United Wall Systems, Inc. is based in Winter Garden and was formed in 2008.
“We are proud that ABC recognized our work from the past year. Building a new company in this economy has been a challenge. Industry partners like ABC are particularly important to a growing company like ours,” stated company president Curtis Yoder.
“When we set out to build our company, we wanted to make a difference in the community. We will continue to strive toward this goal and appreciate the recognition for our work thus far,” relates company vice president Steve Farrier.

Winter Garden, FL - Recently, Winter Garden based United Wall Systems held their first holiday party at The Chef’s Table. Owners Curtis Yoder and Steve Farrier celebrated the holidays with their employees at the downtown Winter Garden restaurant. They enjoyed the Chef’s Tasting Menu prepared by Chef Kevin Tarter.
The Chef’s Table is owned by Kevin and his wife Laurie and features a creative and ever-changing Prix-Fixe menu.
