United Wall Systems, Inc. is an Eagle Award winning Central Florida commercial drywall contracting company located in Winter Garden, FL. The company, formed by Curtis Yoder and Steve Farrier, was named 2009 Central Florida Business of the Year Award in the emerging contractor category and offers a broad spectrum of commercial construction services in the Central Florida region. Their market includes Orlando, Winter Garden, Ocoee, Orange County, Seminole County, Volusia County, Polk County and areas throughout the region.
As president, Curtis Yoder brings fifteen years experience in construction management to the company. Yoder spent the past nine years as co-founder and principal of Contemporary Construction Services, Inc. until he sold his interests earlier this year. Prior to his tenure at CCS, he spent five years in various management roles with Eliason & Knuth Contractors. He is a graduate of the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce Leadership Orlando program, Class number 72.
Vice president Steve Farrier joined United Wall Systems after his tenure as Vice President with B&B Interior Systems, Inc. He led the Orlando office since its opening in 2006. Mr. Farrier has over fourteen years experience in the construction industry including management roles at CCS, Inc., Mader Southeast and E&K Contractors. He holds a B.S. degree in management from Park University and an M.B.A from Webster University.
The company services small and large projects, including office buildings, hotels, retail, tenant improvements, medical facilities, and mixed-use core and shell projects.
